It will come as no surprise that most students fail their end of your examniations due to pressure. Rarely is it the students ability to answer the questions as out of an examination environment students can often reel of answers with immediate response. It is the desire to do well, the peer pressure of not being as sucessful as you had hoped or in the eyes of the student, ‘failing their parents’.

Kirsty Green of Mind 2 Excel is a specialist at dealing with such concerns and issues many students face. As Kirsty often states ‘pressure is a weight you as the individual have created, therfore it is a pressure you can control and you can reduce’. Kirsty is a big believer in self control and helping people overcome their challenges through phsycological reassessment enables students to pin point what concerns are creating this pressure and how to overcome those concerns through logical assessment.

Kirsty’s services are avaialble to anyone wanting to focus their mind and have a stress less exam, although such training usually works best for those sitting their SAT’s, GCSE’s, A-Levels or Degree level qualifications.

Sessions can be booked for just £38 per one hour session. Most students require two to three sessions.

I use to fear exams before I saw Kirsty. I would forget everything I have learnt as soon as I open the exam paper. Kirsty taught me techniques that allow me to deal with the anxiety and pressure and made sure that I was in a resourceful mindset before every exam.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is simply a state of relaxation that occurs regularly, when you are daydreaming, when you are falling asleep and even when you are driving are all times during the day where you put yourself into a relaxed state.

Will I be in control when in a state of hypnosis?

Yes you are 100% in control. Throughout the day you put yourself into a sate of hypnosis, daydreaming is one of the most common. If there is something you don’t agree with that is said when you are in a relaxed state you will simply come out of that state.

What are the benefits of learning self-hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a powerful life skill. There is a great deal of stress that has to be handled in your day to day life, self-hypnosis helps you to de-stress by calming the body and allowing you to be more I the present.
