Kirsty Green of Mind 2 Excel presents an exclusive workshop each week for existing and non members of Self Holistic Health Gym in Chelmsford. Kirsty helps athletes, business owners and busy professionals remove stress from their daily routine by implementing simple and repeatable techniques.

Kirsty works with selected clients on a monthly basis and presents to the Boswells academy for volleyball, The Stanway Federation Learning Centre for building resilience and globally recognised multi-level marketing company Forever Living.  Due to increasing demand, Kirsty has designed compact one hour workshops tailored to support business owners and working professionals on how to overcome stressful situations and alleviate stress from out of work hours entirely.

All workshops are suitably situated at the modern and energized Self Holistic Health Gym in Chemlsford. Just 3 minutes from Chelmsford train station it makes S&G workshops the most convenient of all. Invest only hour of your time into your personal development for long term gains.

Stress doesn’t need to be avoided, it can be removed through simple strategies you will be taught within the one hour workshop.

To book, simply select from attending on a Wednesday between 8 and 9pm or on a Saturday at 2 to 3pm.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is simply a state of relaxation that occurs regularly, when you are daydreaming, when you are falling asleep and even when you are driving are all times during the day where you put yourself into a relaxed state.

Will I be in control when in a state of hypnosis?

Yes you are 100% in control. Throughout the day you put yourself into a sate of hypnosis, daydreaming is one of the most common. If there is something you don’t agree with that is said when you are in a relaxed state you will simply come out of that state.

What are the benefits of learning self-hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a powerful life skill. There is a great deal of stress that has to be handled in your day to day life, self-hypnosis helps you to de-stress by calming the body and allowing you to be more I the present.
